Another interesting and rather demanding case of a patient in which all teeth except two in the upper jaw had to be extracted due to periodontal disease. In the same act, the patient was removed from the teeth, eight implants were implanted and the jaw ridge augmented with artificial bone using resorptive collagen membranes. In the first phase, after the installation of implants, temporary bridges were made at temporary suprastructures, and after a period of six months, definite titanium suprastructures and metallic-ceramic bridges were made.
