Due to atrophy of the alveolar ridge of the lower jaw, it was impossible for the patient to wear the lower total denture. Implant placement was also difficult due to the insufficient bone width, so we decided to place implants using "ridge split" technique where the alveolar ridge was split along with the implantation of the implants and the augmentation of the ridge with artificial bone and PRF membranes. Thanks to implants, the denture has exceptional stability by restoring patient functionality, aesthetics, and self confidence.
