Another interesting case of a patient with an advanced atrophy of the alveolar ridge of the lower jaw and because of that it was impossible to wear the lower total denture. We decided to implant three implants with three spherical abutments on which the denture is firmly attached. In this way, the functionality of the patient, and also aesthetics, has been restored.
