Lower total denture retinated to 4 implants embedded in the interforaminal region, with the development of upper total prosthesis. 5-layer phisiodens teeth were placed in both dentures. Due to total atrophy of the lower jaw bone, it was impossible for the patient to wear a common total lower denture.
