A rather demanding case in a patient with a one-sided terminal loss of teeth and the remaining prosthetic work which he did not want to change. There is also a significant vertical bone loss in the patient, which is solved by transalveolar elevation of the sinus membrane with the implantation of the three implants on which the metal-ceramic bridge was made.
