Extraction of all parodontopathic teeth in the lower jaw with the immediate implantation of four implants. After the period of osseointegration, the o ball abutments are inserted into the implants by which total denture is anchored. By removing this denture, patient can easily and effectively maintain the hygiene of the implants and thus provide them with durability.
